Like so many others I love travelling and encountering new places, people and traditions around the world. Since March 2020 things have been different. With lockdown and quarantine measures in place, travelling has become more challenging and the advice is to stay at home. So I decided to go for a daily walk around my neighbourhood in North West London, being mindful of the things I see close to home. Through these daily walks I have explored and observed nature, the play of light and shadows and discovered that familiar surroundings can appear surprisingly different every time I step outside.
10% of the profit go to the charity 'mind, for better mental health’ as I believe that daily walks benefit the mental wellbeing and helped me personally to cope with the situation.
